Welcome to my new cyber home on the Internet. This is Socks, the venerable master of the homestead --
This is Socks last winter, wondering what all that white stuff is --
If you stop back again, I hope to have many other things for you to check out -- I collect Polish stamps and coins -- I have many books by Polish writers and on Polish history -- I enjoy Polish food and am familiar with traditional Polish customs -- I have researched Polish genealogy --
Oh, and did I mention that I am Polish -- and my family in the USA has contacts with some of our cousins in the old Polish homeland.
This is an entriely new activity for me, and it may take me a while to get in the swing of things -- but when I do, you will be amazed at the information and anecdotes about my youth during WWII, my parents and their parents, my kids and their kids, my likes and dislikes, my hobbies, the places I have been, and maybe even some personal thoughts on the world and how it has changed since the dawn of the personal computer.
